Return Policy

Any LifeVantage product, garments*, marketing materials* or accessories may be returned within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase to receive a 100% refund less shipping cost. If you are not happy, please let us know. We will handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right. Unless defective, returns must be in resalable and restockable condition to be eligible for a refund. Resalable is defined as product still in its original packaging, with the seals, tags and wrapping in place. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”), issued through the LifeVantage Online Store Customer Support email orders@drivemarketing or phone number 801-676-5110 within ten (10) business days of receipt of the RMA or the product will not be eligible for a return.
