Hi! Just wanted to let you know that we’re taking extra care with your order during these challenging times. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and high volume of conference orders, LifeVantage is taking extra precautions to keep our customers and our team safe.  Because of this, orders may take up to 30 working days to process. Thank you for your patience.

 

Can I make LifeVantage Store Merchandise purchases directly through the LifeVantage website and/or the Virtual Office?

At this time, LifeVantage Store Merchandise purchases are processed through a different warehouse and system than LifeVantage products, so they must be ordered through a separate system.

 

Is my sign-in for LifeVantage Store Merchandise the same for LifeVantage Back Office sign-in?

The LifeVantage Store Merchandise site does not require you to sign in. Just go directly to: store.lifevantage.com

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Is there any PV on items purchased from the store?

No, there is no PV on LifeVantage Store merchandise items.

 

An item is out of stock, will it be back?

Some store merchandise items are available for a limited time only.  Others will be replenished and allow for you to place a backorder that will ship separately from your initial shipment. Backorders will take approximately 30 days to be replenished and ship out to you. 

 

I have a gift card, does it have to be used on one order?

Gift card is redeemable by bearer for purchase of LifeVantage® merchandise only from merchandise store. May not be used to buy LifeVantage® supplements, food, or personal care products. Value of card can be used on multiple purchases until total value of card is used in its entirety. Balance on card will be left until the total value of the card is used in its entirety or until card expiration.  NO CASH VALUE.

 

From where does my order ship?

All Store merchandise orders ship from Utah.

 

I’m shipping my box to an international location outside the U.S. – what pricing and fees do I need to be aware of?

Your bank/credit card company will officially convert the funds to your local currency.  Our website will display the pricing in U.S. Dollars. Also – duties and taxes must be paid during check-out (and in advance of shipping).  This will prevent you from being asked to pay fees to receive the package at your home.
